During the Attunement, the student will sit on a chair with their eyes closed and may drift off into a light meditative state. They may also experience a slight emotional release. The experience differs from person to person as it is a very personal and enlightening process. The Attunement process itself is passed down from Master to Master and takes around 10-15minuites.

Each student will then give and receive a full Reiki treatment.

After an attunement some people might go off tea, coffee and alcohol.
This is a cleansing process. Drink plenty of fresh water.
